Job Description

* Lead construction projects from site mobilisation through punch list and turnover.

* Own project schedules, field coordination, and daily site operations.

* Manage subcontractors, safety, quality, and jobsite logistics.

* Facilitate owner, architect, and contractor meetings.

* Drive successful project execution across industrial and multifamily developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience.

* Proven ability to run projects from start to finish.

* Experience in light industrial or multifamily construction.

* Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.

* Team-first mentality with a collaborative leadership style.
