Job Description

  • Lead all field operations on ground-up K-12 construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive schedule performance and maintain project milestones.
  • Oversee site logistics, phasing, safety, quality control, and project execution.
  • Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities.
  • Manage inspections, punch-list completion, commissioning, and owner turnover.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with school districts, architects, consultants, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up K-12 projects valued at $20M+.
  • Experience managing large site teams and multiple trade partners simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, and site logistics.
  • Track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Georgia based on project assignments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
