Known for delivering high-quality multifamily communities, they offer long-term career growth, project stability, and the opportunity to work on impactful developments from the ground up.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of an Assistant Superintendent:Assist in the day-to-day field operations of a large multifamily ground-up construction projectCoordinate and oversee assigned scopes of work from start through completionManage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsMonitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule or construction issuesLead a designated area of the project with increasing autonomy and responsibilityCollaborate closely with the Senior Superintendent, Project Management team, and trade partnersSupport project scheduling, inspections, quality control, and punch list activitiesMaintain site safety standards and help ensure compliance with all applicable regulationsUtilize Procore and MS Project to assist with project tracking and documentationParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned scopesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
