This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its New England expansion.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Oversee and manage all daily onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.Ensure projects meet schedule milestones and are delivered in alignment with budget and design intent.Implement and enforce jobsite safety plans, conducting regular inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.Drive site logistics, including delivery coordination, manpower allocation, and sequencing of construction activities.Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation using Procore and other project management tools.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Design Consultants, Ownership, and Inspection Authorities to resolve field-related challenges.Conduct regular quality assurance walkthroughs and proactively address any issues impacting workmanship or materials.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
