The Superintendent will play a key role in project success, while the Superintendent position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types and client relationships. Successful Superintendents are supported by experienced leadership teams and comprehensive professional development programs.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.Manage subcontractors, field personnel, site logistics, project schedules, quality control, and safety initiatives.Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Drive daily field operations on ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects.Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain project progress.The Superintendent will oversee multiple trades and ensure effective coordination across all phases of construction.The Superintendent will maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Experienced Superintendents will have opportunities to work on complex projects ranging from $20M+ new construction assignments to sophisticated interior renovations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
