With a strong reputation for culture, employee development, and project excellence, they offer an environment where construction professionals can build meaningful careers while working on impactful projects.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects.Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate site logistics, quality control, and inspections.Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs.Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.Monitor construction progress and proactively address project challenges.Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work.Maintain project documentation, reports, and field records.Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
