Known for its strong culture, employee retention, and reputation for quality, the company offers the resources of a large builder while maintaining a close-knit, team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionThe Responsibilities of a Superintendent:Lead all day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projectsManage projects ranging from $20M to $140M in valueCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, and owners throughout constructionDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completionConduct constructability reviews and identify potential project risksRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsMaintain daily logs, site documentation, and project reportingEnsure compliance with all quality control standards and project requirementsManage material procurement, delivery schedules, and site logisticsEnforce and maintain all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA complianceDrive project execution from mobilization through substantial completionPartner closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals and client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
