Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3-7+ years of Superintendent or construction field leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with commercial, educational, municipal, industrial, or public-sector projects
  • Detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
