Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Ground Up & Upfit should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Experience managing projects up to $7M
  • Background in healthcare or life science projects preferred
  • Experience with renovations and interior upfits
  • Ground-up experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Preference for candidates local to Greenville, Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, or Wilson
