Job Description

* Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.

* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.

* Partner with Preconstruction and Project Management teams during planning and procurement phases.

* Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff while developing future leaders.

* Drive projects through completion while proactively resolving field issues and mitigating risk.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience leading multifamily projects, including podium and wood-frame construction.

* Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project execution from start to finish.

* Strong leadership skills with experience developing field teams.

* Knowledge of project logistics, safety programs, inspections, and quality control procedures.

* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach with a long-term career mindset.

$115,000 - $130,000 base salary + guaranteed bonus + ESOP + vehicle allowance
