• Supervise daily on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials to maintain project schedules and workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and daily activities.
