Superintendent - Healthcare Construction in Boston

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction in Boston will:

• Lead daily field operations on healthcare construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project success.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant job site.
• Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and coordination of construction activities.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve field issues.
• Coordinate logistics and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Deliver renovation and ground-up projects while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
