• Manage daily on-site operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and daily reports.
• Oversee inspections and quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
