• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any concerns promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed to avoid delays.
