Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Springfield, MA will:

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project activities.
  • Monitor job site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, changes, and challenges.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
