Superintendent - Healthcare / Hospital Renovations

• Manage day-to-day site operations for hospital renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedule, budgets, and quality standards
• Enforce strict safety protocols, especially in active healthcare settings
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and hospital staff
• Handle inspections, reporting, and compliance requirements
