Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Promoting clear and collaborative communication among all team members and stakeholders.
  • Managing the timely procurement and delivery of materials to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitoring project milestones and delivering consistent progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Enforcing safety procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
  • Coordinating inspections and ensuring full compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Partnering with project managers to proactively resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervising subcontractors and construction crews to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
  • Leading daily on-site operations to ensure alignment with project schedules and budgetary goals.
