Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare will:

  • Lead onsite construction operations for healthcare and hospital renovation projects.
  • Manage schedules, site logisitcs, subcontractors, and safety programs.
  • Coordinate project execution with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams.
  • Ensure quality standards and project milestones are consistently met.
  • Oversee projects valued at $25M+ from start through completion.
  • Travel throughout Maine to support active project sites.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:

  • 10-15+ years of construction superintendent experience.
  • Proven healthcare or hospital renovation project experience.
  • Track record leading large-scale projects valued at $25M or more.
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Maine.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
