With leadership bringing over 42 years of combined construction experience and a strong project pipeline across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Corporate Interiors, this is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent seeking long-term career growth with a company where your contributions will be highly visible and valued.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards.Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve issues.Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades.Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site environment.Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
