Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare/Life Science will:

  • Lead field operations from project start through closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and design teams.
  • Oversee projects across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, Infrastructure, Renovations, Fit-Outs, and New Construction sectors.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Utilize construction technology platforms to improve communication and project delivery.
  • Work on projects located throughout the 495 corridor, Boston area, North Shore, and Worcester markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare/Life Science should have:

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, Infrastructure, New Construction, Renovations, or Fit-Out projects preferred.
  • Background working in Design-Build, Design-Assist, or General Contracting environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates without Life Sciences or Healthcare experience are encouraged to apply if interested in transitioning into these sectors through mentorship and training.
