With a strong project backlog, long-term growth plans, and an employee-focused culture, the organization continues to invest heavily in its people and operations.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from inception through completion.Oversee day-to-day field operations, project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site safety.Lead high-end corporate interiors, Class A office fit-outs, law firm renovations, and repositioning projects.Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Supervise Assistant Superintendents and field personnel assigned to each project.Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.Utilize Procore for daily reporting, project tracking, and scheduling activities.Develop and manage project schedules, including three-week look-ahead planning.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders throughout project execution.Ensure quality control standards are maintained through all phases of construction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 3+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent managing projects from start to finish.Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent, ideally with responsibility for independently running smaller projects.Strong background in corporate interiors, tenant improvements, Class A office fit-outs, or law firm projects.Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $2.5M to $40M.Experience overseeing projects with schedules ranging from several months to over a year.Proficiency with Procore is required.Experience using Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and project planning.Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 USD.Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage.Monthly vehicle allowance of $800-$1,000.Annual performance bonus program with earning potential commonly ranging from $10,000-$50,000+.Quarterly Safety bonus opportuntiies.401(k) with company match.3 weeks paid time off (PTO).Interested?
