Recently backed by a large national construction firm, the company combines a close-knit team environment with the resources, project scale, and stability of a major industry player.

Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities for high-end hotel renovation projects
  • Manage phased construction within an active or partially active facility
  • Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and tight renovation sequencing
  • Oversee quality control for high-end finishes and detailed buildouts
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and project standards
  • Run daily coordination meetings and maintain strong communication with leadership
  • Manage project execution across long-duration timelines (3-5 years)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - High-End Hospitality Renovations should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience in hospitality renovations (preferred)
  • OR high-end multifamily renovations with mixed-use components (amenities, dining, etc.)
  • Experience working in occupied or phased renovation environments
  • Strong attention to detail and quality for high-end finishes
  • Ability to manage long-duration, complex projects
  • Not a fit: candidates with only corporate interiors or ground-up experience
