Job Description

  • - Manage all field operations from project kickoff through successful completion.
  • - Lead commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+.
  • - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and project stakeholders.
  • - Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively addressing site challenges.
  • - Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications.
  • - Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout the construction process.
  • - Conduct jobsite meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress updates.
  • - Oversee punch list completion, project closeout activities, and final turnover.
  • - Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and execution.
  • - Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • - Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • - 5-10 years of construction experience with a general contractor.
  • - High-level Assistant Superintendents with 4+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • - Proven experience managing commercial tenant interiors and corporate office projects from start to finish.
  • - Experience with projects ranging from $1M to $25M+.
  • - Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Demonstrated job stability and strong tenure with current and previous employers.
