With more than 30 years of success, a collaborative culture, and a reputation for developing future leaders, they continue to be one of the industry's most sought-after employers.Job Description- Manage all field operations from project kickoff through successful completion.- Lead commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+.- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and project stakeholders.- Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively addressing site challenges.- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications.- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout the construction process.- Conduct jobsite meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress updates.- Oversee punch list completion, project closeout activities, and final turnover.- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and execution.- Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented jobsite culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
