Their portfolio consists of commercial office renovations, law firms, tech firms, industrial, government agencies, financial institutions, and more.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - High-End Interiors - NoVA will be responsible for:Leading multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovationsManaging full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and executionCoordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless deliveryOverseeing complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrationsMaintaining strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsBuilding and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholdersUtilizing tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project tracking and reportingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
