Job Description

The Superintendent - High End Residential Construction will:

  • Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
