Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address project needs and updates.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and timelines.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients.
  • Resolve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure high-end finishes and craftsmanship.
