  • Overview of the business: been in business for over 35 years and is recognized as one of the top Custom Home Builders in the Greater Boston Area.
  • Team size: 45+ people between office and field staff
  • Projects: They specialize in high-end residential construction, ground up and renovation projects worth up to $15M. Their bread and butter is $2-5M. They also have an in-house Home Services division that provides preventative maintenance.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site activities for high-end residential construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a clean and organized job site at all times.

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with high-end residential construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
