  • Projects: They specialize in high-end residential construction, ground up and renovation projects worth up to $15M. Their bread and butter is $2-5M. They also have an in-house Home Services division that provides preventative maintenance.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with construction goals.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress and site activities.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays.
