Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and client expectations.
  • Lead daily site operations, logistics planning, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior superintendents, and ownership teams.
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Oversee documentation, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction technology tools to support project execution.
  • Drive successful delivery of ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $2M to $20M.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of strong tenure and career stability.
  • Ground-up construction experience is required.
  • Experience managing projects in the $2M to $20M range.
  • Background in hospitality, commercial, automotive, retail, academic, or similar project environments.
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to travel throughout Greater Boston, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
