Job Description

  • Lead all field operations from preconstruction through project completion
  • Manage schedules, manpower planning, budgets, quality, and site safety
  • Direct subcontractors and self-perform trades to maintain project progress
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop field teams while driving a positive project culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale K-12, industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare projects
  • Ability to lead multiple trades while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards
  • Strong commercial construction background with expertise in resolving field challenges proactively
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and coordinate stakeholders
