Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
  • Coordinate concrete, structural, and trade partner activities to maintain schedules
  • Enforce site safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout construction
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues and drive project milestones
  • Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, inspections, and project reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 7+ years of construction experience in the field
  • Proven background working for a concrete subcontractor rather than a GC
  • Strong knowledge of concrete structures and high-rise construction sequencing
  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
