Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion independently
  • Oversee subcontractors, site operations, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate closely with ownership, project managers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control on commercial renovation and historic restoration work
  • Maintain site safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation
  • Lead daily site operations, including logistics, scheduling, and problem-solving

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven track record completing at least 2 projects start-to-finish
  • Background working for a general contractor
  • Experience with commercial renovations (adaptive reuse or historic preferred)
  • Comfortable running projects independently without support staff
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
