Job Description

  • ****SECOND SHIFT: 10PM - 6AM ****** Rotating schedule after first project
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Manage site resources effectively to maintain project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.

  • Experience with hospitality construction projects.
