My client is a commercial general contracting Firm based out of Bethesda, MD with 60+ years experience in both new construction and interiors.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Inspect work regularly to ensure high-quality results and compliance with codes.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Monitor and manage project resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
