• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage on-site personnel and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and incidents on-site.
