Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of daily construction site operations, ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and updates.
  • Identify and resolve potential project challenges to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent II should have:

  • Experience in managing and supervising construction projects, preferably within the business services industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project conditions.
