Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges or delays to keep the project on track.
