Job Description

  • Manage all field operations.
  • Create and manage project schedules.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
  • Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risk.
  • Understand the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise.
  • Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.
  • Manage jobsite cleanliness.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.
  • Prepare daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent
  • Experience running your own self perform crews, preferred but not required
  • Experience in ground up vertical construction
  • Healthcare, Industrial, Education, or Commercial project experience
  • Working on projects $10MM+
