Job Description

  • Reporting to Project Leadership, the Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities.
    • Lead field operations and daily site management
    • Drive project schedules and subcontractor performance
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Coordinate project logistics and manpower planning
    • Conduct owner, subcontractor, and progress meetings
    • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
    • Deliver projects on schedule and to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Industrial Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading industrial, manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or data center projects
  • Experience on projects valued between $10M and $100M+
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Advanced understanding of scheduling and site logistics
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
  • Willingness to support regional travel requirements

  • AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
