Superintendent - Industrial Construction

• Supervise and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required.
• Mentor and lead construction teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and maintain accurate records.
