Job Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations on TI, renovation, and commercial construction projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and site logistics
* Monitor project progress, quality standards, and milestone delivery
* Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

* Comfortable transitioning between ground-up and TI/renovation assignments

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera

* Ability to manage mid-sized projects with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
