Job Description

  • Manage field operations on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite activities
  • Oversee project schedules, safety, quality, and logistics
  • Conduct site visits and maintain communication with clients
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate with Operations leadership
  • Monitor project progress and resolve field issues proactively
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Support project closeout, punch-list, and turnover activities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
  • Assist in maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional customer service

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $1M-$5M preferred
  • Light industrial upfit experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with retail, restaurant, church, or commercial projects is a plus
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Stable work history and strong client-facing abilities
  • Willingness to travel within a 1-2 hour radius of Grover, NC
