Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring efficient project execution.

  • Manage daily field operations and site productivity
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
  • Drive project schedules and milestone achievement
  • Maintain the highest standards of site safety and quality
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
  • Resolve field issues and support project delivery objectives
  • Partner closely with project management teams and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience leading industrial or manufacturing construction projects
  • Strong field supervision experience on complex construction sites
  • Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety compliance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on a rotational schedule
  • Ability to work a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation
