Job Description

  • Lead projects from mobilization through completion and turnover
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and daily operations
  • Run OAC meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and daily logs
  • Coordinate site work, utilities, quality control, and punch-list activities
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and productive jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent or similar role
  • Experience delivering light industrial or multifamily construction projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor management experience
  • Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on, no-ego approach
