Job Description

  • Lead projects from site mobilization through final completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and site operations
  • Chair OAC meetings and maintain project documentation and daily logs
  • Oversee safety, quality control, site work, and utility coordination
  • Drive punch list completion and successful project closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
  • Experience delivering light industrial and/or multifamily projects
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish
  • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative management style
  • Experience with projects valued at $25M+ is highly preferred
