Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations from site mobilization through final turnover.
  • Direct daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Lead tilt-wall construction efforts, including panel casting, erection, and sequencing.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to milestones.
  • Drive jobsite safety initiatives and uphold OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, workforce planning, and site logistics.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents and quality expectations.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges while minimizing schedule impacts.
  • Provide regular progress updates and collaborate closely with project management teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering tilt-wall construction projects.
  • Background in light industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing projects.
  • Strong understanding of concrete construction, site development, and building systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Must be based in the Orlando area and willing to travel throughout the Southeast as needed.
