Job Description

The Superintendent - Industrial will:

  • Supervise all aspects of industrial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee material procurement and equipment logistics.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Industrial should have:
