Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project phases.
  • Lead site logistics, punch lists, inspections, and turnover activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to proactively address project challenges

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering healthcare interiors, medical office, hospital renovations, and/or Class A office projects.
  • Strong knowledge of occupied-space construction and phased renovation work.
  • Excellent scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
