Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site operations
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct site meetings and manage field documentation
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare interior projects ($3M+)
  • Background working in hospitals, outpatient facilities, or medical office environments
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction protocols and safety standards
  • Experience with reputable general contractors preferred
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and drive schedule performance
  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
