With over 12 million square feet of successfully completed projects, the company provides construction services across multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Superintendent will be:Manage daily field operations on interior renovation and tenant improvement projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achievedSupervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelConduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintainedEnforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance requirementsCoordinate project logistics and sequencing in occupied and active environmentsLead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectationsWork closely with Project Managers to address project issues, schedule changes, and client needsMonitor project progress and identify solutions to keep projects on trackMaintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and site recordsIf interested, please apply using the link below.
